We come out for an hourly fee to give you a contractors perspective on the state and condition of the home you are looking to purchase. Often times people hear "This house has good bones" but don't know what that means. We can help you understand what condition the "bones" are actually in, as well as highlight any issues we see as potential red flags that may create a huge problem down the road.
Construction Management
Are you a skilled DIY'er who needs just a little bit of a push to get their project off the ground and headed in the right direction? We love working with homeowners who want to put in their own sweat equity and have us handle only the portions of work they don't want or know how to complete.
